Ocean Sport Fishing is “Whale Watching trips, Bottom Fishing trips for Black Rock Fish and Ling Cod, Halibut Fishing, Salmon for Coho and Chinook, and Albacore Tuna trips.” Our boats are the Pacific Fin II, and Good Life.

Josh, our deckhand, was a great guy. He starts to get a sense of humor once all of the rods are in the water, and people start doing what he asks! The morning was perfect and my group limited out, not bad with a first-timer (Josh made him eat the salmon heart [insert health warning label])! The deckhand and the captain had no problem switching techniques once the bite died down. Would charter again should the occasion arise. TIP YOUR DECKHAND! Thanks guys for a great trip!
My wife and I booked one of their whale watching trips this year. Office staff was very friendly and helpful after our 1st trip had to be rescheduled due to weather. The Captain and crew were friendly and the boat was clean and well kept. While we didn’t get lucky enough to see any whales we were still treat to great weather and a fun boat ride. We’ll just have to try again next season.
These people know what they're doing, and how to treat their customers. Even when our charter had to be cancelled at the last minute, they gave us a discount and found us spots on a different boat, just so our whole trip didn't have to be a bust. They're seriously great.
In may we were scheduled to go halibut fishing. It got canceled due to weather but the staff was very accommodating and gave us our choice to go bottom fishing or reschedule halibut for the next year. We went bottom fishing. We had our 7 year old boy with us. The crew and captain were awesome and we caught our limit. I highly recommend this charter.
